History
Lapostolle was founded by Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle and her husband Cyril de Bournet in 1994. The Bournet Lapostolle family has been dedicated to the production of high-end wines and spirits since 1827. Today, the business is headed by the seventh generation, Charles de Bournet.
After visiting Chile, Alexandra and Cyril not only fell in love with the Apalta Valley, but also detected the enormous potential of the country to produce high quality wines due to its exceptional geographical and climatic characteristics.
Under a dedicated vision Lapostolle has been a pioneer in the Chilean wine industry and today continues to elevate the region through the production of premium wines and piscos, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and innovation.
Today, the winery is recognized around the world for its quality and its extraordinary ability to express the Chilean terroir.
